The People Skills Group Development Model

 

Our success in resolving an organization’s people issues lies in our unique approach to build from with an understanding of self. Self-awareness is the foundation for building individual effectiveness, team collaboration and leadership. We incorporate the appropriate components of our model into a strategic plan for your organization, always beginning from the foundation of self-knowledge.

Step 1 — Individual Development

Step 2 — Relationship Development

Training and Individual Coaching using personality Assessments and other data collection techniques that highlight and clarify roadblocks to effectiveness. At each step of the way we show your people how to leverage their strengths and develop weak areas within the context of their organizational goals.
