Our work with OD and Training and Development Professionals revolves around the use of and applications for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®.

 

Our work with OD and Training and Development Professionals is on two fronts:

  1. Establishing training partnership within HR organizations that want to offer their clients a personality centered approach to team and leadership development.
  2. Designing and delivering Public Workshops which teach internal MBTI practitioners and outside consultants how to use the MBTI to maximize results for their clients.
