Andi is most comfortable and provides the most value behind the scenes, quietly supporting Cindy and keeping things running smoothly so that Cindy and her team can do what they do best (despite her effectiveness on the front lines!).
Andi is an MBTI® Certified trainer with over 15 years’ experience serving as an external consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach for organizations in the chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, publishing, and public utility industries as well as for educational institutions.
Andi is past president of the Delaware Valley APTi local chapter (DVAPT) and also served as its Membership Chair.
She holds an M.S. in Training and Organization Development from St. Joseph’s University as well as a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Like Cindy, Ann is currently one of 100 or so MBTI practitioners worldwide certified to administer the newly released MBTI® Step III™ Type Development instrument. Ann contributes to The People Skills Group by providing coaching on the MBTI Step III, the EQi-2.0 and the ILA.
Ann is an MBTI Master Practitioner and holds a B.A. in Psychology, Speech and Hearing Sciences (1983) and a M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology (1986), both from the University of Michigan. Ann received Life Coach training from the Coaches Training Institute in 2008.
Ann is a former board member The Association for Psychological Type International (APTi) where she served as the Director of Interest Area Consultants. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the American Speech and Hearing Association, and The Learning and Brain Society. Ann regularly attends and/or presents at seminars and workshops to stay current with the latest developments in the field of brain science and psychological type. Her unique contribution to coaching is that she combines decades of work in the area of brain injury rehabilitation with newly discovered concepts about how anyone can benefit from knowing the inner workings of the mind, including use of psychological type, and positive psychology.
