Andi is an MBTI® Certified trainer with over 15 years’ experience serving as an external consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach for organizations in the chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, publishing, and public utility industries as well as for educational institutions.
Andi is past president of the Delaware Valley APTi local chapter (DVAPT) and also served as its Membership Chair.
She holds an M.S. in Training and Organization Development from St. Joseph’s University as well as a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Deene is an MBTI® Master Practitioner and an expert in The People Skills Group preferred tools and assessments including the MBTI Steps I and II, EQ-i 2.0 & 360© assessments, the FIRO-B© Interpersonal Orientation Behavior Instrument, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument©, Interaction Styles®. Like The People Skills Group, she is partners with Matrix Insights, the first online dashboard for Personality Type models, Emotional Intelligence and Professional Development Planning.
Deene holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University. Her professional background spans corporate and foundation Executive Leadership in Healthcare and Philanthropic Management within the Hartford Healthcare Corporation and McLean Affiliates, and Entrepreneurial Leadership as co-founder and co-president of Heat’em & Eat’em, Inc., a women-owned, all-natural frozen food corporation. She began her career as a community organizer including serving as a National VISTA Volunteer with migrant farmworkers.
Paula helps The People Skills Group by contributing to the design and facilitation of MBTI® Workshops.
Paula is an MBTI® Certified trainer with over 20 years of experience in human resources performance improvement in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and finance industries. Her goal is to help employers have access to the same high caliber of training and development services as the large organizations for which she has worked.
Paula’s expertise focuses on the design of instruction and applications of psychological type – using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) — to enhance professional performance and foster personal growth. She is known for being creative and insightful, and is a dynamic facilitator.
Paula is past president of the Boston Area Chapter of the Association for Psychological Type and also served as its VP of Programming. She currently serves on the Malden Access Television board of directors and the Malden Cultural Council.
Paula holds a B.S. in Psychology from Tufts University and an M.S. in Human Resource Education from Boston University.
Like Cindy, Ann is currently one of 100 or so MBTI practitioners worldwide certified to administer the newly released MBTI® Step III™ Type Development instrument. Ann contributes to The People Skills Group by providing coaching on the MBTI Step III, the EQi-2.0 and the ILA.
Ann is an MBTI Master Practitioner and holds a B.A. in Psychology, Speech and Hearing Sciences (1983) and a M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology (1986), both from the University of Michigan. Ann received Life Coach training from the Coaches Training Institute in 2008.
Ann is a former board member The Association for Psychological Type International (APTi) where she served as the Director of Interest Area Consultants. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the American Speech and Hearing Association, and The Learning and Brain Society. Ann regularly attends and/or presents at seminars and workshops to stay current with the latest developments in the field of brain science and psychological type. Her unique contribution to coaching is that she combines decades of work in the area of brain injury rehabilitation with newly discovered concepts about how anyone can benefit from knowing the inner workings of the mind, including use of psychological type, and positive psychology.
