Deene is an MBTI® Master Practitioner and an expert in The People Skills Group preferred tools and assessments including the MBTI Steps I and II, EQ-i 2.0 & 360© assessments, the FIRO-B© Interpersonal Orientation Behavior Instrument, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument©, and Interaction Styles®. Like The People Skills Group, she partners with Matrix Insights, the first online dashboard for Personality Type models, Emotional Intelligence and Professional Development Planning.
Deene holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University. Her professional background spans corporate and foundation Executive Leadership in Healthcare and Philanthropic Management within the Hartford Healthcare Corporation and McLean Affiliates, and Entrepreneurial Leadership as co-founder and co-president of Heat’em & Eat’em, Inc., a women-owned, all-natural frozen food corporation. She began her career as a community organizer including serving as a National VISTA Volunteer with migrant farmworkers.
In collaboration with The People Skills Group, Marjorie provides Executive and Career Coaching and Training, and Personal Counseling for clients. Marjorie’s 30 years of experience in problem solving, relationship management, and group dynamics makes her a powerful addition to The People Skills Group team. Marjorie empowers individuals and organizations to improve leadership, communication, team functioning and work-life balance. She coaches Executives to communicate skillfully, and lead with focus and Mindful presence. Like our founder, Cynthia Paris, she trained extensively with Judith Glaser and shares “Conversational Intelligence” strategies throughout organizations.
Marjorie is an International Coach Federation (ICF)-certified coach at the PCC level and is skilled in teaching and integrating Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness into coaching and training programs. Marjorie is certified in EQi-2.0 and EQi – 2.0 360 and the Hogan, and is an MBTI and LPI certified practitioner. She is currently completing an international coach training in Team Coaching.
Autumn is The People Skills Group’s Zoom consultant. Highly skilled in all things Zoom, Autumn combines her knowledge of psychology and human development with technology to co-host interactive and informative Zoom workshops.
Starting out with a BA in psychology and plans to become a therapist, Autumn eventually moved to New York City and discovered a love for supporting people in professional development settings. Over the past year she has co-produced numerous in-person and virtual training events for companies across the United States. Autumn’s mission in life is to enable the growth and positive transformation of others. To that end, she provides individual coaching and virtual co-facilitation for Learning and Development professionals.
Paula helps The People Skills Group by contributing to the design and facilitation of professional workshops. She assists The People Skills Group clients with creating on-line curriculum and instructional design.
Paula is an MBTI® Certified trainer with over 20 years of experience in human resources performance improvement in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and finance industries. Her goal is to help employers have access to the same high caliber of training and development services as the large organizations for which she has worked.
Paula’s expertise focuses on the design of instruction and applications of psychological type – using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) — to enhance professional performance and foster personal growth. She is known for being creative and insightful, and is a dynamic facilitator. Paula is Past President of the Boston Area Chapter of the Association for Psychological Type and also served as its VP of Programming.
Paula holds a B.S. in Psychology from Tufts University and an M.S. in Human Resource Education from Boston University.
An accomplished web developer with more than 15 years of WordPress experience, Jess developed and supports The People Skills Group website.
With a degree in computer engineering from Penn State University, Jess is a former software engineer and brings a deep understanding of the technology behind the websites she builds.
Jess began working with The People Skills Group in 2013, and in that time, worked with Cindy to design, develop and launch two websites.
